She is able to create people or "dolls" created from clay and their ashes, Merari being her most prized work. He is quite attached to Tusita, but not to the point where he is unbearingly clingy. Unfortunately, the dolls she creates have no soul but only bears a resemblance to the person whose ashes were used. Most of the dolls that Tusita had created realized this, and willingly destroyed themselves since they had felt used.
Merari has found an upside to this, for he felt as if there would be nothing to lose and he could devote himself fully to the tasks he was given with no fear. Tusita regrets creating these dolls, but was ordered to by Alba to do so.
Tusita is able to assist Alba when it comes to taking over other people's bodies, she being the one who implants her memories into the new body as well.
